things to know for your visit

Below are details specifically to the house to help you plan and know what to expect.

Appliances - toaster, air fryer, baking dishes, prep bowls, cork screw, wine corks, coffee maker, espresso machine, serving utensils, plates/silver ware, glass ware, wine glasses (stem and no stem), mugs, knife set and tea kettle.
No ice maker
Fridge is apartment size, smaller than normal but bigger than a dorm fridge.
Seasonings - salt, pepper, sugar, flour, olive oil, Old Bay, onion powder, garlic powder (let me know if it runs out so. I can replace for next guest)

All bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor
Bedroom #1 - King size bed, sm closet, end table next to bed
Bedroom #2 - King size bed, full size futon, 2 small closets, corner shelf on one side of bed
Bedroom #3 - Queen size bed, full size futon, 1 sm closet, 1 sm table at foot of bed
Multiple pillows - some firm, some soft, some king size some regular size. Try them all out to find your perfect pillow
We have color coded sheets. Queen are white, King are gray and Full (for the futon) are brown.

Bathroom #1 - downstairs, stand up shower, sink and toilet, mirror
Bathroom #2 - upstairs, bath tub only (no shower), sink and toilet
We have large bath towels and hand towels, we DO NOT have wash cloths!
We have a basket of "extra's" like lotion and trial size shampoos, conditioner, but do not leave any at the house for a whole group.
They do not have exhaust fans (its a future add) and the fluorescent lights are sometimes slow to come on, but leave the switch on and give them 15 seconds!

The only TV is in the living room and is mounted in corner, visible from the big wrap around couch.
The TV is a ROKU Smart TV.
It is set on guest mode. When you power the TV on will prompt you to enter your check out dates. Then you're able to add any apps that you have a subscription to like Netflix, Peacock, Paramount etc. When you leave on check out day, the TV automatically logs you out of your applications and resets it for the next guest in guest mode.
